Order Confirmation
Once your payment and order details have been verified, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will begin preparing your items.
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
All delivery times are estimates. Actual timing may vary depending on the fixture, order requirements, destination, carrier availability, and customs clearance.
Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days after payment and order confirmation.
Processing includes preparing, inspecting, and securely packaging your lighting before handing it over to the carrier. Customized fixtures, complex designs, and larger orders may require additional preparation time. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the estimated timeline for your selected fixture.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

The shipping method depends on the fixture’s dimensions, weight, packaging, and design. Oversized or delicate fixtures may require ocean freight regardless of their listed dimensions.
To provide complimentary standard shipping on luxury and oversized lighting, qualifying fixtures are securely packaged and shipped by ocean freight directly from our manufacturing partners in China.
Express or air shipping may be available upon request. Availability and any additional charges will be confirmed before you proceed.

Standard shipping: Free within the contiguous United States.
Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other remote U.S. destinations are not eligible for complimentary shipping and may require additional freight charges or longer transit times.
Additional charges depend on the shipment’s size, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Any additional freight charges will be communicated for your approval before shipment.
All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price. No additional duties or taxes are due upon delivery.
Any separately approved shipping or delivery surcharges will be disclosed before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and available tracking instructions.
Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours, although the first update may take 48–72 hours. Updates may take longer during holidays or peak shipping periods.
Ocean freight shipments may have limited tracking updates while in transit. Additional tracking information may become available after customs clearance or transfer to the local delivery carrier.
If your tracking information is unavailable or appears incorrect, please email info@lampmodern.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work with the carrier to investigate.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
If production has already begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where cancellation can be accommodated, costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund. We will explain any applicable deductions before processing your cancellation.
For cancellation requests made after 24 hours but before dispatch, please contact us to confirm the available options.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions after delivery.
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, or you notice a shipping issue, please contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details.
Please report missing or delayed shipments within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
If your package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and send us clear photographs of the package and affected items as soon as possible.

At Lamp Modern, we want you to feel confident in your lighting purchase. Please review the following information about returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This period begins on the delivery date recorded by the carrier’s tracking system.
For a change-of-mind return, your item must be:
Crystal components and other fragile parts must be individually wrapped and securely protected.
To request a return, email info@lampmodern.com before sending anything back. Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please do not use the address on the original shipping label or our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Keep the original packaging and affected parts until we confirm the next steps. Do not install a fixture that appears damaged or unsafe.
The unused and uninstalled requirements for change-of-mind returns do not automatically exclude a manufacturing defect discovered during installation.
A full return may not be necessary if an individual component arrives damaged or is defective.
For confirmed shipping damage or manufacturing defects, we can arrange replacement parts at no charge where an appropriate replacement is available. If replacement parts will not resolve the issue, we will discuss another suitable remedy.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Large lighting fixtures may require insured freight shipping and protective crating, which can be expensive. Contact us before arranging a return so we can confirm the destination, packaging requirements, and applicable costs.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
Products lost while in the customer’s possession are not eligible for a refund.
These exclusions do not prevent you from reporting shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error with your order.

Email info@lampmodern.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photographs showing the item’s condition.
2. Receive return instructions
We aim to respond within 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address, packaging instructions, and applicable shipping arrangements.
3. Pack and ship your return
Use the original packaging and protect all components against movement and damage. Include the return information provided by our team.
For customer-arranged returns, we recommend a tracked and insured shipping service with signature confirmation. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is complete.
4. Inspection and resolution
We aim to inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or explain any issue affecting eligibility.
If the return is due to our error
For confirmed damage, defects, incorrect items, or delivery errors attributable to Lamp Modern, we cover the approved return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can arrange the return.
If the return is for another reason
For change-of-mind returns, incorrect product or size selections, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer:
Please request a cost estimate and return instructions before shipping oversized or fragile fixtures.
To request a different item, contact us about returning your current purchase.
Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item. The new order is charged separately, and the original purchase is refunded after the returned item passes inspection.
For damaged or defective items, contact us first so we can assess whether a replacement part or fixture is the better solution.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection, normally within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing and for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider. Some banks may require additional time.
Any agreed shipping deductions will be explained in your refund confirmation.
